Soba tea, has been used for a very long time in China and Japan. Contrary to popular belief, buckwheat bears no relation to wheat, it is the seed of a fruit related to rhubarb. The buckwheat plant grows small white flowers and bright green leaves. The seeds, are used to make buckwheat tea.
