Matcha is a shaded and powdered green tea. Each tea leaf is specially selected & carefully hand-picked by Japanese farmers and granite stone-ground into a fine green tea powder.
Ceremonial grade matcha contains the highest levels of antioxidants and natural sweetness from the
L-theanine (amino acid).We offer four ceremonial grade of matcha :
(Kanbashi) means sweet aroma. This is the highest grade of matcha we offer.
Single cultivar (Saemidori)
Notes: high umami, sweet vegetal, grassy, no bitterness.
