To Prepare the perfect hojicha latte, whisk a teaspoon of our Hojicha Powder and 30-50 ml of water at 90°C. If desired, add a maple of the sweetener of your choice. Steam 150 - 180 ml of your preferred type of Non dairy milk on the stovetop over medium-low heat. Froth the heated milk and pour over the ground hojicha mixture and Enjoy !
