Granted the status of Gong Cha, " imperial tea", since the Qing dynasty (1644-1912). Longjing tea leaves experience minimal oxidation which reflects is light green liquor

with a balance between green, vegetal and roasted, nutty flavors, Longjing contains vitamin C, amino acids, and has one of the highest concentrations of catechins amongst Chinese teas.

Water temperature 75-80 °C

Brew for 30 seconds
