Ti quan yin “Iron Goddess of Mercy"

"Tie Guan Yin " is a  semi-oxidized tea, native to Taiwan and Fujian province in China, the slight oxidation makes it closer to a green than a black tea. The tea liquor is a vibrant yellow, and the taste is mellow and sweet with natural, elegant fruity fragrance. Oolong is also known for its fat burning properties, perfect to drink after big meals.


Tips:
Heat water to 90c and add one teaspoon loose leaf tea. Infuse the tea leaves for 40 seconds depending on taste preference. This tea can be infused 3-5 additional times, the 3rd infusion is the best.
